Ultimate swordsman- Estelle Evergreen

Jon decided to make things a little more interesting. He turned off the lights, and created a wall maze of stalagmites and stalactites. Then he had the crystals light up in various colors. Mormo frowned and began to try and run through the maze at high speed, but flew into a dead end. She took a minute to get up, but got up nevertheless. She continued to try and find her way through, but slower.

Estelle smiled. Jon was helping her, though he probably didn't know it. She had found her way through various mazes of trees and walls.This was going to be easy. Her sword tip glowing, she made her way through the maze, one hand on a wall.

When something becomes too easy, Jon will do something about it. So he began to separate the maze into nine squares, and began to make each section of the cave spin at high speed. Mormo reacted by jumping above the maze and using the seven seconds of flight Jon gave her, flew to a spot in the maze much closer to Estelle. The only thing separating the two was the crack where the maze spun.

Estelle sighed. 'Oh, come on, Jon. Can't you give me a break?' she muttered, then activated Silverstag.

The squares turned and Mormo hopped on to the adjacent square to Estelle, and waited. As soon as she was able Mormo jumped on top of Estelle. Mormo opened her mouth and tried to bite, but the force of the maze speeding up threw both Mormo and Estelle into the walls on opposite sides. They would have to find underneath the maze. Giant poles attached connected the various platforms to the maze. The platforms, which took up the whole cave floor spun too.

'Whew' Estelle had been surprised. She wished this Mormo guy would eventually die easy. She tread lightly on snow, careful to cover her prints. She sometimes walked backwards to fool the thing.

Mormo was hiding under a platform, waiting for Estelle to get close enough to bite. It appeared Estelle did not realize where the spirit was until Mormo had bitten. That sent in one of the three trackers necessary for Estelle to out, into her leg. Mormo quickly bit again before Estelle could react.

'Oh gods' Estelle groaned. She estimated the fatalness of the wound. Not anything she couldn't stand. She cursed and got up.

Mormo quickly leaped up to platforms again as soon as Estelle got up. One more bite, and Estelle will lose. She spent a while not moving, waiting for the right to head back down. Snow was building up beneath Estelle, and either she would have to somehow get above the snow, or get buried alive.

Estelle waded through the snow, feeling it build up. Groaning. She hated the Mormo. She hated it. That's the spirit, girl. Selena came through. Selena let out a threatening growl-roar, surprising Mormo a little. Estelle smiled. Good old Selena. She came right back up and stood on the snow, unmoving.

Mormo leaped down, but she misjudged the jump, and landed on the ground, right next to Estelle.

Estelle smirked. She had finally thought of a way. Happy memories. This was a ghost, and Silverstag will pass clean, without leaving a scratch. She reached into her quiet spot, inhabiting it. She conjured up memories of volleyball, laughing with her friends, the prank she played on Whitney with Selena. The day Selena met her, seeing Selena as a baby jaguar. She allowed herself a few smiles. Selena helped her by reminding her of moments they had spent together. Thw memories formes a dome-like shape around her, whirling. Mormo couldn't come through this one.

OOC: Huh?

((Mormo's a ghost. I can't exactly kill her. Plus I got a kind of serious wound. It means what it says.))

OOC: Spirit, not ghost. And I'm confused as to how you can make a wall of memories, with your mind.

OOC: What's the difference? They both pass clean off a sword.

No they can't; a spirit is more like a lesser former of a god, or a higher form of a monster. And memory wall???

If you do not feed these gods and worship them to appease them they might do you bodily harm. ... However, the Hebrew and Greek words "spirit" mean the mental disposition of a Being.

The first sentence is what you're looking for to tell you how they come about.

The Greek nymphs were spirits invariably bound to places, not unlike the Latin genius loci.

This is one form of a spirit. Some of these nymphs were Minor Gods so your right about that.

As for the passing clean off a sword Witney's right and with memory wall.

EDIT: I guess Estelle that you could hold off the spirit with happy memories if the spirit was one of deceit and evil and all that good stuff.

OOC: Well for the purposes of this, she can't go clean off a sword, and good memories can't really hold off anything, unless MAYBE you become the child of Hypnos or something.

(Happy things ward off bad this. Just like holy water gets rid of demons or what ever its suppose to do. But I agree with that the more I think of it and also do you allow 2nd characters?

Awesome I'll be getting another character into the applications hopefully "the dictator" doesn't say no.
